Came here for lunch and was quite disappointed at the offerings of this place, especially in terms of the price they charge. The premium package is $50+ per person, plus $20 soup base charge. In the end, we paid $150+ for two people, including taxes and tips. For this price, the materials weren't premium at all, the presentation was also cheap. For one things, the so called "wagyu" beef, was cut into such tiny pieces, they are lost into the soup base the instance you drop them in. I highly doubt they are wagyu as well, given the tough texture. Nothing was fresh, the vegetables, the sashimi... Everything was places in these cheap, plastic-y bowls, with plastic spoons... How can you charge such price and present your food like this? As for services, we had to ask for everything. They gave us crabs that were not cracked open, without any tools to eat them with. No aprons, gloves until we had to ask them for it. There were so many servers running around, and so few tables, yet no one paid attention to our needs. All-in-all, this feels like one of those places only great on Instagram or tiktok.

Xiang Hotpot in Brooklyn was such a fun experience from start to finish. The all-you-can-eat selection had plenty of fresh meats, seafood, vegetables, and sides to choose from. Their fried milk was one of the best things I tried all night because it was crispy outside and soft inside. The broth flavors were rich and paired perfectly with the custom sauce station. I even stepped outside my comfort zone and tried the 1000-year-old egg, and surprisingly it was flavorful and unique. The staff stayed attentive even while the restaurant was busy, and the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming. If you enjoy hotpot and want a spot with variety, flavor, and a fun dining experience, I definitely recommend checking this place out.

All you can eat! Did the premium option for $46 after tax and tip. I loved the drinks options, which had oolong tea + passion fruit, soy milk, tamarind tea, water, sodas, etc. The dessert bar was also cute!! Service was super quick, and they brought what we ordered so fast, I couldn’t catch up on the eating speed. They also did not skimp out on the orders, which some all you can eat would’ve done. My table ordered 120+ orders, and I don’t think the restaurant missed any so props for that. Because my friend had a VIP subscription to the place, we got a complimentary strawberry milkshake. The strawberry flavor was super fresh! If you pay in cash, you can roll for plushies depending on how much you spent. My table got to roll twice :) The plushies are sooooo cute and super soft. Too bad I didn’t get a picture, but I got the peanut plushie, and my friend got the persimmon plushie.

I like how spacious and decorated the restaurant is. Soup base is authentic and sauce station has variety of options. It’s all you can eat with several price ranges. Note the soup base is charged separately. The best part is that the soft beverage is included. Service is not bad as long as they are not too busy.

Variety of food, service was amazing! The staff were super attentive. The fridge with the drinks, some aren't really cold. Would be nice to have more of a variety in each fridge so we wouldn't have to walk all the way to the other side of the restaurant for other types of drinks. Sauce station was amazing, has everything you would need. Atmosphere not bad, a little crowded and so much people standing and walking around. Overall, amazing experience and food was great!
